Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but we have a cancellation policy due to the high demand for appointments. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charged appointment fee.
Failure to pay late fees may result in revoking your online booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that traffic and unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving at most 10 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment to another day and time. We strive to maintain a punctual schedule and ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Health and Safety Policy:
Our clients and staff's health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols and kindly request that you do the same.
